Resolution makes Notting Hill debut

Resolution Property has acquired the 0.6-acre canal-side former home of reggae label Trojan Records in Notting Hill, W11, for its first development in the area.

Resolution will pay £18m for the Old Gramophone Works site, and plans to create a 100,000 sq ft mixed-use hub.
It comprises 60,000 sq ft across four buildings, including Lulu Guinness and Popkorn Television.

Resolution is working up plans to develop and enhance the site to create a hub for creative, media and digital businesses and independent retailers, together with loft-style upper floor apartments.
